Dart Phone is Hiring an Inventory Associate Near Edmond, OK
Dartphone is rapidly growing in the OK Market and looking for qualified, professional and fun individuals to join our team! We are an Oklahoma based telecom company specializing in cell phone and internet service for individuals qualifying for the Lifeline program.
Objective for the position: Provide operational support to sales agents and call center; manage and track all inventory.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare all incoming cell phone inventory to ensure it is ready for sale
- Manage & track cell phone inventory from incoming shipment, in transit, assigning to sales agents and RMAs
- Implement new tablets and tracking system for field agents
- Track all sales equipment in the field (such as tablets, banners, marketing supplies, etc.)
- Device trouble shooting and quality assurance testing
- Reliable transportation required to drive inventory and supplies across Oklahoma as needed
- Other duties as needed
Skills Requirements:
The person who succeeds at this position is motivated by problem solving and critical thinking.
- Background in wireless/cell phone industry required; 1 year minimum experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to embrace and adjust to change
- Strong technical skills and working knowledge of cell phones
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Background Check required
Working Conditions
- Position may include lifting and working on your feet in a broad range of working environments.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. routinely
