JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records. They will spend time in the warehouse doing cycle counts on raw materials and finished products as well as working with the receiving team on materials that are getting delivered to the building. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily data entry and/or look-up within ERP system (MAS) to track orders and daily shipping.
• Verify all pending orders are being fulfilled and closed in a timely manner.
• Accurately ship all outgoing orders within systems
• Counting parts in our warehouse
• Auditing records and updating discrepancies
• Follow all quality procedures.
• Communicating with receiving team on any receiving discrepancies

Education:

High School Diploma

Experience:

Experience in warehouse or manufacturing setting

Computer Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office

Mathematical Skills:

Count and do basic math

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.

Other Skills (Technical, or Other special knowledge and abilities)

Excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail
