- Provide exceptional customer service by accurately taking, expediting and following up on customer orders, returns, credit memos, and debit memos
- Communicate with customers, sales force, and other departments on orders status to research, problem solve, analyze and resolve complex customer issues
- Prioritize work in order of importance and manage deadlines to meet the needs of the customer
- Consult and keep management apprised on significant account developments or activities
- Understand and interpret customer needs and wants.
- Process and accurately maintain customer specific pricing information
- One or more of the following duties will be assigned based on the needs of the department:
- Work closely with the Graphics Department to process custom print orders
- Work closely with the Master Data Department to keep customer information updated and accurate
- Review pricing-related customer deductions from the Credit Department and issue accurate credit memos as necessary
- Assist in handling special requests
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months of experience in a customer service field
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English, in order to communicate with internal and external customers; verbal skills to include a pleasant phone demeanour
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and make sound decisions without immediate supervision
- Must be able to stay focused and engaged in a work environment that is open and active
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment, characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
- Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Six (6) months of customer service experience in a call/contact center enviornment
- Data entry experience
- SAP experience
