Key Responsibilities:
- Product Owner is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle
- Creating the list of backlog items and prioritizing them based on the overall strategy and objectives. Additionally, mapping out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to include development and management of the product roadmap
- Gather and translate customer business needs into technical product requirements
- Provide thought leadership and hands-on direction to product development and engineering staff
- Work with cross product teams to resolve issues, reconcile multiple timelines, resolve conflicting requirements and create cohesive technology roadmaps based on strategy and vision
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders to manage timelines, completeness, and resolution to quality problems
- With stakeholders, review work accomplished, work in progress, plans for future work, transition plans and status, and issues pertinent to the performance of work tasks
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of value stream management to deliver on customer success
- Demonstrated knowledge in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, and DoD cybersecurity requirements
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
- B.A. or B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance or higher
- Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in javascript, python, and sql
