Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Floater Operations to join our plant in Spokane, WA. The Production Floater Operator must possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the facility. As a member of the Operations team, the Production Operator will work with others to achieve team goals and work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and good attendance is a must. This position is a union position. 

What You Will Bring:

• Experience working in a Food Processing/Production Environment is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

What You Will Need: 

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail, must be able to complete multiple and repetitive tasks, must be committed to accuracy and quality.
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Work with others to achieve team goals.
• Flexibility in hours worked.
• Must maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibility.
• Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Reliability is a must. 
• Available to work overnight shift
