We’re in search of a Digital Content Creator to work alongside our dynamic, in-house Marketing team. Using in-depth knowledge of digital communication trends and best practices across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube), this role will create best-in-class storytelling that delivers measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Utilize knowledge of social trends to lead the conception, creation, and production of trending digital content for Darby products, and for all relevant audiences including consumers,
• employees, partners, and press.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to establish the budget and execution plan for paid social.
• Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve content quality.
• Oversee influencer strategy to drive increased followership and engagement.
• Increase Darbys brand and online presence

What We Need In You

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in social media, influencer and/or community marketing including owned & operated channels, required.
• Dental industry knowledge, preferred
• Strong writing, video-making, and editing skills with the ability to shoot and create content from iPhone.
• Possesses a strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content requirements.
• Ability to stay up to date on influencer marketing and trends
• Understanding of online/offline data, including its use in the digital and social space.
• Passion and knowledge for current trends in marketing, workplace culture, video and photography.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
