Company: Daramic, LLC Job Description: Daramic is a union manufacturing facility that supports 24/7 operations. Daramic’s current manufacturing shift schedules are 12-hour rotating Dupont and an 8-hour 21-Swing. Schedules are not guaranteed and are based on the position assigned to. Potential openings may include but are not limited to the Extruding, Extracting and Finishing areas. Daramic provides on-the-job training for all positions. Duties: Operate and transfer material via fork truck, on-the-job training Operate Extruding, Extracting and Finishing equipment Observe equipment to ensure material is running to proper Enter lab data into computer system Use measuring tools: calipers and gauges Record tests in required computer system Ability to do continuous packing motion while standing during a twelve-hour shift Lift boxes up to 50lbs with lift assist tools Make labels and boxes Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Performs other duties as assigned Education and Experience Education: High School Graduate, College Degree a plus Professional experience: Manufacturing experience Languages: English Know-how: Set up and operate extruding, extraction and finishing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
