Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control processes will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties:
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems
- Monitor adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA regulations
- Identify and address non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Provide training and support to production teams on quality assurance processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and cGMP guidelines
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and CMMs
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
