- Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators and other household appliances
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Install and assemble new appliances as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex appliance issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on appliances

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques and methods
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various appliances, including refrigerators and other household appliances
- Experience working with electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical issues

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve appliance issues efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a box truck for delivery purposes is a plus
