Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with order processes and questions
- Provide information about offerings
- Handle guest comments and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
