The Packaging Lead will support the Packaging team.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of 25-30 hourly operators to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met.
• Driving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations.

The base compensation rate for this position is $25.30/hr. plus an overnight shift differential of $1.25/hr. and a $2.00/hr. shift premium for performing lead duties. Upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, your rate of pay will increase to $28.11/hr. plus an overnight shift differential of $1.25/hr. and a $2.00/hr. shift premium. This position will work 12-hour shifts on Night Shift, form 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM, on a 4-3-4 rotating schedule.

Training may occur on Day Shift, from 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• You will have at least 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

You must have the ability to:

• Read and write, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Comprehend basic math and simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Understand instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Operate powered industrial equipment and navigate in tight spaces and high-traffic areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate a computer to enter and retrieve data.
• Prepare and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees within the organization.
