• Coordinate international and domestic transportation services for a diverse range of products that support company operations and objectives with different carriers in a timely manner.
• Heavy data entry, document preparation, import/export screening (if applicable) and shipping.
• Tracking and tracing of domestic and international shipments.
• Calling and speaking with appropriate parties to follow up on status of shipments
• Ensure each step in procedures are followed
• Manage activities related to internal and domestic transportation of products
• File all documentation accordingly and maintain appropriate filing systems
• Maintain accurate pre-shipment and post-shipment administration.
• Reporting all equipment damages and follow up in the claim process.
• Communicating with internal and external involved to optimize compliance with customers requirements.

Requirements

• Above average data entry experience
• Above average computer system usage and experience in learning different softwares
• Above average knowledge of importing and exporting shipping concepts and procedures
• Above average communication skills
• Above average logistics mindset
• Knowledge of domestic transportation and regulations
• Spanish language proficiency is desirable.
