Key Responsibilities :

Material Handling : Lift sheets of plywood weighing up to 40 pounds and feed them into the table saw with precision and safety in mind.

Precision Cutting : Adjust the fence on the table saw to cut pieces at correct widths according to specifications provided in cut lists.

Reading Cut Lists : Ability to interpret and follow cut lists accurately to ensure each piece is cut to the required dimensions.

Machine Operation : Proficiently operate machinery including the chop saw and dovetail machine to produce precise cuts and joints for assembling drawer boxes.

Assembly : Skillfully assemble drawer boxes, ensuring corners are interlocked securely and bottoms are installed correctly

Team Communication : Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements :

Previous experience in woodworking, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds safely.

Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery including table saws, chop saws, and dovetail machines.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret cut lists accurately.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
