As the operational leader of integrated healthcare services, oversee physician and medical operations, pharmacy operations, and partnerships. Role involves fostering collaborations with external medical partners and stakeholders, particularly focusing on primary care behavioral health initiatives with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Lead projects to improve patient outcomes through enhanced collaborative care between medical and behavioral health services. Additionally, in collaboration with the Medical Director, manage Medical Services staff recruitment & retention, and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In collaboration with CPO & Medical Director, lead strategic implementation of Integrated Healthcare model, including physician and medical, pharmacy operations and efficiencies.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external medical partners and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of partnerships with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Sustain collaborations with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), particularly in primary care behavioral health initiatives.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing collaborative care between medical and behavioral health services.
  • Drive improvements in patient outcomes and experiences through collaborative efforts.
  • Manage Medical Services staff, recruitment, retention, and administrative supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Medical Director, and HR/recruiting teams.
  • Develop, review, and modify Medical Services policies, procedures, and training materials to promote efficient and effective medical service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
  • Assist in development and execution of program evaluation and outcomes measurement to

demonstrate financial utility and improved clinical outcomes.

  • Provide didactic and in vivo clinical training to stakeholders including staff, administration, and trainees for the promotion of program development and fidelity to integrated health model of care.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Education:

  • Doctoral degree (Ed.D., Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited institution

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least two (2) years’ experience preferred

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Must be Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
  • Maintain CUEs as required for annual license renewal
