Daniel Company Bathrooms is Hiring a Lead Installer Near Evansville, WI

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various installation projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
- Coordinate with project managers to determine project requirements and timelines
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Install a variety of materials and components, including but not limited to all aspects of bathroom and kitchen installation
- Fabricate and modify materials as needed to ensure proper fit and functionality
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the installation process
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in installation or construction-related roles
- Proficient in a variety of installation techniques, including door hanging, trim carpentry, tile laying, and detailed carpentry
- Strong knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lead and supervise installation teams effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers and team members
