```Duties```
- Lead a team of rotating equipment technicians in the maintenance and repair of various types of rotating equipment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the rotating equipment shop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks on rotating equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, and other equipment.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and other resources to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.

-Develop and implement all company Standard Operating Procedures.

-Maintain proper documentation and communication.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial mechanics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on rotating equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage a team of technicians.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Must be highly organized with multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Clean driving record.

-Ability to pass a drug screen.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
