Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
- Manage phone calls and reservations effectively
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to perform night audit duties is desirable
