Dance FX Studios is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Mesa, AZ

Hello!

We are looking for a hard working, passionate, and detail oriented individual to be the glue to our team! You must be personable and eager to learn the role. Being able to connect with different personalities is a must as you will be the face and name every student knows! This is a sales driven position as you will be handling all Leads for the studio. This means confidence is key!

Hours: Monday through Friday 12:00 - 7:30.

Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcome students in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manages student inquiries
- Maintain student records and update information as necessary
- Handles Mindbody, Social Media and Website Platforms
- Lead management to include CRM system and email marketing campaigns
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, errand running and data entry
- Coordinate office events and meetings to include scheduling standing lessons and meetings
- Responsible for running miscellaneous payments, verifying autopays and ensuring enrollment for courses

-Handles miscellaneous filing systems and assists in studio administrative projects.

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with office software such as excel and word
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in order entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
