In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review Special Processing Orders (SPO) for accuracy and clarity in relation to ISO compliance, such as 13485 and/or 9001

• Troubleshoot and correct inconsistencies with entry of orders/SPOs

• Assist with training

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in life science (biology, chemistry, biology, etc.), business, or other relevant field

• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Manufacturing procedures in the life sciences, oligo manufacturing, biotechnology, or other relevant industry

• At least two years of applicable experience, such as in customer service, manufacturing, order entry, or order processing

• Self-reliant, able to make decisions/work independently with little supervision while maintaining excellent attention to detail

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
