The Logistics Sourcing Leader will be the key point of contact for sourcing activities in the USCAN/LATAM region. This position is part of the Business Operations department and will be fully remote.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Be a key partner to the business on matters related to sourcing activities in the logistics category, covering freight, warehousing, packaging and brokerage.  
• Demonstrate ownership in complex expansion plans aligning the business objective and the service providers capabilities and build strategic sourcing road maps. 
• Provide sourcing leadership and support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in the effort of building a strong partnership with key suppliers. 
• Lead and drive the sourcing process from RFP, RFQ and contract development and be the subject matter expert on the supply chain market conditions, innovation and cost control.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• MCIPS or equivalent Professional Procurement qualification, or BA or BS degree or other advanced degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Economics or equivalent preferred (equivalent experience considered.)
• At least 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Project Management, Finance, or Logistics/Trade. 
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills, BI development and database management skills.  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with Oracle, TMS, WMS, Freight Pay, Qlik or other relevant BI and purchasing tools.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $100k-$130k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
