We are looking for a Cleaner / Facility support person to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties daily.

Monday >

Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with 1 hour lunch break.

The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition to provide a comfortable customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Use a floor machine to clean cement floors daily and spills as needed
• Remove all trash and debris and put in designated area
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed
• Work independently
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Assist with building opening duties daily
• Report to the Facility Supervisor and other management as needed

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Ability to handle floor machine
• Ability to stand for at least 90% of the day
• Lift over 20lbs without assistance
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Great attitude
• Integrity
• High school degree or GED
