The Dallastown Area School District seeks teachers for the Autistic Support Extended School Year (ESY) program at the Intermediate School, Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on the following dates:

Week 1: July 2 and 3, 2024 (Only 2 dates due to holiday that Thursday)
Week 2: July 9, 10, 11, 2024
Week 3: July 16, 17, 18, 2024
Week 4: July 23, 24, 25, 2024

Qualifications:

PA Teaching Certificate:
- Special Education preferred
- Any grade level / content area certificate can be considered
Must be available to work all four (4) weeks
Experience in learning support, instructional adaptation, effective interaction patterns, student behavior management, providing assistance for at-risk children, and assisting regular classroom teachers in maintaining instructional goals set by the IEP team
Child centered, warm, and relatable with children
Able to carry out oral and written instructions
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others
Acceptable record of attendance
