Are you a dedicated BCBA with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to join their team in Kaufman, TX. This role offers the chance to lead a team of skilled professionals and contribute to an organization that prioritizes excellence and collaboration.

About the Role: As the Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care for children with autism. You'll oversee therapeutic interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), fostering a supportive environment for children, families, and clinicians alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight for all clients in the region.
  • Develop and maintain a structured, positive team atmosphere within the center.
  • Conduct developmental, functional skill, and behavioral assessments.
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise therapists in plan implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients' teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Lead and supervise regional clinical staff (BCaBA/BCBA) and Team Leaders.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with client billing requirements.
  • Supervise and document RBTs and BCaBAs' activities.
  • Provide supervision for staff pursuing board certification (BCaBA, BCBA).
  • Complete initial assessments and authorization reports.
  • Engage in research and present findings at local and national conferences.
  • Assist with or conduct new-staff training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
  • At least 3-5 years of ABA experience, including behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming for children/adolescents with autism.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
  • Energetic, positive team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinker with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills for data collection and report writing.
  • Professional communication skills adaptable to various environments and audiences.
  • Discreet in handling private and sensitive matters.
  • Ability to train parents and staff on ABA principles and programs.
  • Adherence to HIPAA regulations at all times.
