As a locally owned family business, we take pride in joining pioneering teams dedicated to treating autism in children aged 18 months to 6 years through an innovative, all-inclusive model. Our clinical approach prioritizes assent (client consent), compassionate care, buy-in, and social significance.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, offering an excellent opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, in a full-day program to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the individual's care, empowering parents with the knowledge and skills necessary to support their child’s development and ensure the generalization of learned behaviors and skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, employing both Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methodologies.
  • Coordinate care and maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records.
  • Stay informed about research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Adhere strictly to a therapeutic approach that excludes the use of negative reinforcement, focusing instead on redirecting to appropriate behaviors and reinforcing positive outcomes in ABA therapy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and standards.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals of all ages, their families, and other professionals.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
