Dallas Endoscopy Center is looking for an experienced Medical Billing and Collections professional. We are looking for an experienced insurance and patient AR collector for a fast paced billing office. Applicants must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and you must have at least two years experience in insurance and patient collections.

Bilingual/Spanish is a plus but not required. Good working knowledge of GI and anesthesia billing with relevant CPT and ICD-10 coding is helpful. You must be computer literate with the ability to learn multiple practice management systems.

Duties will include follow up on aged accounts with both insurance and patient balances. You will take inbound and make outbound calls to patients and insurances as required for collections. You will also be required to navigate payer websites to check claim statuses, work appeals and submit relevant documentation. Problem solving skills are a must as well as being able to work independently and as a team.
