Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals in the art of safe and responsible driving.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels
- Provide both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training
- Create engaging lesson plans that adhere to state driving regulations
- Evaluate students' driving abilities and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson completion
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Driving Instructor or similar role
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with students
- Ability to work with diverse groups, including teenagers and adults
- Knowledge of adult education principles is a plus
- Spanish speakers preferred
