Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator you will be responsible for operating all size excavators, handling trench boxes, creating safe excavations, daily maintenance on equipment. This is a demanding role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely.

Duties:

- Operate various types of Excavators.

- Use heavy equipment to dig, build, and move materials as required

- Load materials onto trucks or into designated areas with precision and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a safe work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment operation

- Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and efficiency

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, sitting, and operating heavy machinery

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
