Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining GM vehicles. Your expertise in automotive electrical systems, mechanics, and customer service will be essential in providing high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Weld and align vehicle components as needed
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Previous experience working on GM vehicles is highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
