What you will do:

Build upon and improve DakotaPro's systems technology platforms. You will help us hone our competitive edge in delivering technology that "just works".

Your primary duties will be:

• Manage 100 guest systems in a clustered VMWare deployment (VMWare Data Center, VSAN, etc)
• Administer and maintain numerous 'Nix and Windows Servers
• Support automation, including developing and executing automation scripts and analyzing results
• Produce clear and accurate technical instructions suitable for consumption by technical support staff
• Process improvement, development, and documentation (install/repair/removal procedures, safety, etc)
• Help our team innovate, design, and deploy new systems and capabilities

Requirements:

• Fluent in standard 'Nix and Windows system management paradigms
• Effective Active Directory administration abilities
• Technical fluency in basic IPv4 networking (Comp TIA Net or above). CCNA preferred.
• DNS hosting and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with clustered cPanel deployments, including cPanel DNS clusters
• Some background in coding and code bird-dogging/troubleshooting; Python especially
• MSSQL and MYSQL skills desirable
• Experience in an IT support environment
• Superb English communication skills, both oral and written
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
