Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Burnsville, MN

Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery invites you to become an integral part of our successful team. We provide the highest-quality oral surgery care in the Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Shakopee and Owatonna areas. Responsibilities and Duties:
Your day to day responsibilities include assisting the surgeon during consultation and surgery appointments. You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth. Qualifications and Skills:
The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole. We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:

  • Salary is commensurate with experience.
  • Licensed Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of experience
  • Ability to positively impact patients, referrals, teammates and the practice as a whole
  • 2 years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of growth
  • Experienced with customer service techniques
  • Superior communication skills
