Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Process payments using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and production areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food industry
- Knowledge of culinary practices and menu items
- Familiarity with Par POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
