Responsibilities :

• Prepare and decorate cakes according to specifications for special orders and walk-in customers.
• Operate cake production area following established standards and procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining quality, value, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Communicate effectively with management staff.

Requirements :

• Assemble and prepare soft serve and Blizzard® cakes, including decorating with various techniques.
• Operate and maintain cake and soft serve equipment following health and safety standards.
• Keep inventory of decorated cakes, ensuring display freezer is attractively stocked.
• Take and fill customer cake orders promptly and professionally.
• Work as a team member to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Clean work area, stock items, and maintain equipment cleanliness.

Function :

Assemble and prepare cake products according to customer specifications and Dairy Queen® standards. Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure all products meet quality standards.

Actively engage in product sampling and sales.

• Conduct sampling and actively sell products.
• Keep display freezer stocked and attractive.
• Take and fill customer cake orders promptly.
• Work as a team member to ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Perform cleaning tasks and inform supervisors of any issues promptly.
