We are pleased to announce that we are hiring an E-Commerce Digital Shelf Analyst to join our Marketing Services team at the Kemps HQ office in St. Louis, Park, MN. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the development, management, execution, and measurement of digital shelf initiatives that lead to increased online sales across channels.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own digital shelf content development strategy to drive visibility and conversion of DFA Dairy Brands product across retailers and channels. Lead relationship with eComm content agency to execute the strategy.
  • Partner cross functionally with Master Data Management team to ensure digital shelf content is accurately reflected in Production Information Management (PIM) solution.
  • Work with the Brand Management teams to ensure digital shelf content is aligned to key brand messaging priorities and guardrails.
  • Establish digital shelf performance KPIs, create scorecards and manage tools needed to report on those KPIs, and translate digital shelf performance insights into recommended actions to drive increased online sales.
  • Engage with agency partners and vendor platforms to syndicate product content accurately and efficiently across retailer platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Proactively identify new processes and procedures to ensure digital shelf considerations are part of commercialization process.
  • Identify future digital shelf needs and investment through contributing to eComm annual and 3-Year planning.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in digital shelf management for consumer brands, which includes content development and analysis of digital shelf performance.
  • Familiarity with PIM solutions (such as Salsify).
  • Experience working with Digital Shelf Health analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with retailer SEO principles and perspective of what comprises a best-in-class product detail page across major omni and pure play retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable transforming complex data sets into clear insights. Strong comfort using excel to create pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
  • Ability to manage content across a complex product catalogue with 100's of sku's across multiple sales channels.
  • Proven ability to work within cross functional teams and identify needed partners across the organization to ensure digital shelf completeness and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and create recommendations to address; strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of digital shelf management for consumer brands, which includes content development and analyst of digital shelf performance.
  • Experience working with data visualization dashboards such as Power BI.
