**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Manager in daily tasks and operations

- Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions

- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process

- Supervise and train staff members

- Utilize POS systems effectively

- Drive sales through effective marketing strategies

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a managerial role preferred

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Ability to manage and price inventory effectively

- Proficiency in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff

- Knowledge of POS systems and sales techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
