Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the business. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff members
- Provide employee orientation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Implement effective store management strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers or other stakeholders
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms

Skills:
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing a retail team
- Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Ability to conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Proficient in stock management techniques to optimize inventory levels
- Skilled in cash handling procedures and accuracy in cash transactions
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and organization
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective inventory control measures
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
