Daikin Comfort North America is Hiring a Regional Contractor Network Manager Near DENVER, CO

May include;

  • Drive overall performance and maximize the “health of the contractor network” in alignment with department KPIs to achieve the overall SLAs of the assigned Region by managing all Motili Contractors and their combined SLA performance.
  • Ensure sufficient contractor coverage to minimize No Contractor Found (NCF) work orders.
  • Set expectations with contractors and technicians regarding SLAs, app usage, quality of work, quality of photos, and other quality metrics.
  • Lead, influence, manage, and drive Motili’s World Class Contractor Experience.
  • Manage existing contractors’ profiles within Motili’s network by establishing lasting relationships with contractors through engagement, management, effective issue resolution and negotiation, and where possible boosting business opportunities for and with the contractor and Motili Clients.
  • Ensure compliance (W9, Certificate of Insurance, licenses, and certifications).
  • Keep track of HVAC capabilities, service radius, and training needs.
  • Consistently meet company and department objectives within budgets and time constraints.
  • Function as a liaison between contractor network and Motili.
  • Participate in contractor in-person meetings, conference calls, and video calls.
  • Recruit contractors for projects and business segments including vetting contractors to determine eligibility/aptitude for high-visibility jobs and/or to meet business segment HVAC job needs.
  • Negotiate terms for contracts exceeding $10,000 in value in keeping with company policy.
  • Write contracts for projects exceeding $10,000 in value in keeping with company policy.
  • Provide Tier 1 Application Support consisting of training contractors on how to operate within Motili’s Online Platform & Mobile App, and trouble-shooting technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain working relationship with Field QA team for equipment training, system updates, and verification of contractor bids.

Nature & Scope:

  • Field position designed to oversee, manage, and recruit Motili Contractors within the given region of the country in order to meet sales and HVAC job volume expectations.
  • Closely work with all departments to align with delivering expectations as the Motili Contractor Network.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the HVAC and/or Building Materials Industry, a contractor background is a plus but not required
  • Extensive knowledge managing contractors (from a sales and/or operations aspect)
  • Negotiation skills, specifically as it relates to negotiating with contractors in a sales or operations capacity
  • Experience establishing expectations with contractors and holding them accountable in order to meet individual and group SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Ability to manage and establish strong business relationships, present solid customer service skills and capabilities, and handle conflict resolution professionally when dealing with Clients, Contractors, or Company Personnel.
  • Presentation skills that deliver results and/or improve performance with and from contractors, in individual up to large group settings
  • Experience working with principals, leaders, managers, and front line employees of local and regional contractor companies
  • Experience in each of the following business segments is a plus as it relates to the Building Material or HVAC industry; Multi-Dwelling, Residential Single Family, Residential New Construction, and Commercial Projects
  • Strong keyboarding skills, knowledge of computer software (preferably with Windows based – MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • MS Outlook - Email/scheduling, creating and updating spreadsheets

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service or inside sales – required.
  • HVAC knowledge - preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience – required
  • Completion of OSHA 10 or 30 training useful.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

    Travel up to 60%. 

 Pay Grade:

  • $70,900.00 - $88.650.00
