• Provides technical support to employees, both in-person and remotely
• Troubleshoots ERP System issues
• Setup new users to ERP, Rubber Tree, ECC, and Training site
• Helps with other technology related projects, as directed
• Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
• Maintain and publish specialized reports. e.g. manufacturer rebates
• Import inventory cost/price updates into ERP system
• Create and modify custom reports - SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI
• Document internal processes

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Ability to work independently on assigned projects
• Good organization and prioritizing skills
• Epicor Prophet 21 knowledge (a plus)
• SQL & SSRS knowledge and past experience (helpful)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Able to learn and use reporting tools – Report Studio, and SSRS
• Ability to produce accurate quality reports, and analysis
• Data Analytics knowledge or ability to learn (PowerBI a plus)
• Understanding of Wholesale Distribution (a plus)
• Understanding Warehousing (a plus)
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing
