Summary: Independently fabricate, assemble and install electrical wiring components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Lead project assignments including the mentorship, guidance, and skill development of less experienced electrical technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine project requirements, including scope, assembly sequences, and bill of materials according to blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
• Calculate the quantity, size, and quality of material.
• Read ladder logic to install control wiring.
• Identify barriers to assembly productivity and product quality. Make recommendations to remove barriers.
• Maintain a safe working environment by wearing personal protective equipment. Report all unsafe situations, conditions, and accidents immediately.
• Cross train in other areas of production and offer support when needed.
• Make recommendations to improve efficiency, teamwork, and product quality.
• Skillfully perform all Level 2 primary responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-Year Associates in HVAC, Electronics or Construction is preferred
• 6 years progressive electrical experience
