Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting and recording shipments of material and products. They are responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders. The goal is to ensure we receive the correct packages and stock them appropriately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Collect, organize and input all productivity data into individuals' productivity spreadsheets.
• Run required reports to track previous day's business, open receiver/bin transfer/RDAY & PWAR inventory evaluation/open order status/open pick ticket/PO receipts edit list.
• Collect all data from reports and input into appropriate spreadsheet(s).
• Send morning Load Meeting email.
• Run backorder list from open PO report.
• Drop work orders - 7:30AM, 10:30AM and 2:45PM and log data into spreadsheet. Enter matrix upgrades and updates into spreadsheet for goals.
• Check email regularly for CRM case updates and open new cases for receiving department issues.
• File all dock receipts with matching packing lists, file all freight bills.
• Check in and open receivers for UPS incoming shipments.
• Help check in LTL shipments when finished with UPS.
• Order supplies for Receiving Department, corrugate Kanban.
• Once everything is checked in, all cases are up to date and other duties are complete, assist inpre-pack area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience working in a distribution or fulfillment center
• Experience with computer software required. Oracle and Excel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
