Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility, physical therapy exercises, and transferring in and out of bed
• Help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and changing linens
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients
• Organize and manage resident clothing and closets
• Monitor and document vital signs and health changes
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a tidy living space
• Respond promptly in emergency situations
• Accompany patients on errands and appointments
• Administer prescribed medication
• Maintain communication with patients and families about their care
• Treat residents with respect and dignity at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Valid Driver’s License with an insured automobile
• Accomplished clean criminal background history
• Ability to pass drug tests
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to be trained
