Join our Dahl Hyundai Mazda team as a Service Concierge! You will be responsible for assisting our busy service department by greeting our guests with a warm smile and your customer service skills, do a vehicle walk around with our guests, and help get them to the correct service team member for their visit to the dealership. You will also handle a variety of other necessary tasks to help support the successful flow of the service department throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointment.
• Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of the guest needs.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for vehicles.
• Assist advisors with related service tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete assigned tasks
• Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Great customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
