  • Worksite Location: Owatonna, MN
What you’ll do as a Front Desk Office Coordinator:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and backup payroll processing
  • Approve purchase orders and maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Manage the purchasing process to ensure timely acquisition of materials and supplies
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages and production disruptions
  • Keep track of office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities are accurately documented and easily retrievable
What you’ll bring to the Front Desk Office Coordinator role:
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with AS400/IBMi systems
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ensure follow-through on tasks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
