Our office is seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in a fast paced law firm. This ideal candidate would be an experienced receptionist with organizational skills, customer service skills, and able to focus on attention to detail.
This individual will need to be empathetic and able to offer the highest level of services to our clients. Candidate will need to work well with others and accept constructive criticism.
Office Areas of Practice:
Trust and Probate administration
Estate Planning
Medicaid and Long Term Care Planning
Job Duties Include:
Assist with Communication with clients.
Maintaining Calendar for Attorney and Support Staff
Scheduling Appointments with Clients
Filing
Organizing and Maintaining Files
Job Requirements:
Willing to Train the Right Individual
Able to work independently
Attention to detail
Dependable and organized
Excellent Computer Skills
Knowledge of Probate and Estate Plans
Customer Service
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
