AGENCY RECEPTIONIST

PORTAGEVILLE CENTRAL OFFICE

We are looking for an Agency Receptionist for the Portageville Central Office location.

PT Schedule.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage and route incoming telephone calls for all programs located within the corporate complex.
• Retrieve general voicemail, determine appropriate party and transfer messages.
• Receive telephone messages and deliver to appropriate personnel. Answer basic questions about the organization and the various programs as well as provide addresses, directions and other information.
• Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Receives, sorts and routes mail and facsimile transmissions.
• Oversees postage meter usage and all applicable data associated with equipment.
• Receives, logs and disperses incoming revenue for services and products. Maintains supply inventory. Orders, receives and distributes office supplies. 
• Stock consumable and non-consumable items and fills requisitions for various DAEOC locations.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and collating.
