Dad's Cookie Company, a St. Louis tradition since 1927, is home to the Original Scotch Oatmeal Cookie. We are looking for an excellent teammate to join our bakery team in South St. Louis city.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of cookies
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and cookie dough droppers
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physical stamina and fitness to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes and bags of ingredients
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other bakery staff
Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $36,000 per year plus bonus
Expected hours and schedule: 40 per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 3:30PM
