As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a five-star experience from the moment they step into our shop until they leave.
Note: Required Nights & Weekend AvailabilityDuties:

• Greet all visitors with a warm smile and positive attitude, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive
• Ensure that all visitors sign the visitor log, providing essential details such as name, date, reason for the visit, and time in/out
• Perform daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a smooth flow of operations
• Independently manage a range of administrative tasks efficiently
• Check in and register new customers following established guidelines
• Verify customer IDs and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and waiting area to create a pleasant environment
• Develop a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to the cannabis industry
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Guide customers through the check-in and waiting process with professionalism and courtesy
• Acquire knowledge of the products offered, and provide accurate product information to customers
• Responsively manage and respond to customer reviews to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check
• Preferred knowledge of cannabis products to assist customers effectively
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing our brand and values in a customer-oriented environment
