Schedule: Monday and Friday 8:30a-5:00p. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30a-4:00p.
July 3, 8, 9, 10, and Future Various Dates
Job Setting: Outpatient
Types of Cases: Primary Care, Acute Care, Health and Wellness, Ages 6 and Older
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks
Must have an active Texas state license
Must be Board Certified
