What this opportunity involves: As a Technical Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our site operations and maintaining the facility in top shape. Your technical expertise and strong leadership skills will play a crucial role in managing building procedures, optimizing energy use, and developing a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your knowledge of EHS regulations, performance-based service contracts, and vendor management. An Overview of the role: Carry out building procedures and performance measures to ensure the facility's optimal functioning Monitor energy use, costs, and building systems to identify efficiency improvements Develop and implement action plans to address issues and ensure the safety of all staff members Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to fulfill the site's needs Cultivate a culture of teamwork, excellence, and support within your team Train team members on facility operations and encourage their professional growth Collaborate with the senior account team to identify opportunities for improvement and development Sounds like you?
