Bilingual in Spanish/English Dental Communications Specialist
Kwon Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Bilingual in Spanish/English Communications Specialist. This position's primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and assisting with patient questions concerning treatment plans. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office providing customer service. Our patients, parents and/or guardians are the number one priority.

• Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management. 
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner. 
• Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
