Overview:
Rapidly growing, high end Marine & Auto Detail shop is seeking an experienced detailer to join our team. As a paint/gel coat correction & coating specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality 5 star service.

Persons with Window Tinting, Paint Protective Film "PPF", Vinyl Wraps or Paintless Dent Repair "PDR" are welcome to apply. We are rapidly growing and adding services outside of detailing. Will train the right person on correction if they come with the aforementioned experience in one area.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles/boats, both interior and exterior
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors to restore shine and protect surfaces
- Vacuum and clean vehicle/boat interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and windows
- Apply window tinting as needed if experienced.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report findings to management
- Operate buffers daily on marine and auto projects

-Surface prep and ceramic coating installation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Previous experience in detailing, window tinting, PPF, PDR preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results

-Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of different cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive & marine detailing
- Experience with buffing and polishing techniques is a plus
